As Founder of  WeBreathe Wellness, I connect to my life purpose by creating a heart-centered community and a safe, supportive space for growth and healing.

As a Keynote Speaker, I aim to connect with and captivate audiences to inspire personal growth and transformation. Whether at conferences, workshops, or corporate events, I engage participants with  thought-provoking messages designed to leave a lasting impact.

As a Holistic Coach and Healer, I help clients to connect more deeply with their true nature – to move beyond limiting beliefs, conquer shame, show up authentically, and boost their own resilience so they can live with joy and purpose.

For KeyNote Speaking, my ideal clients are Business  Organizations and Associations seeking inspirational speakers for Empowerment Conferences, Professional Development Events, Leadership Workshops, Corporate Wellness, and Networking Events. 

For Coaching/Healing, my ideal client is someone who is ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.  An individual who is seeking to connect deeply with their true selves, break free from limiting beliefs, and conquer feelings of shame. Who Was Your Role Model Growing Up? How Did That Person’s Actions Impact You?

My Dad. Throughout his professional career and in his personal life, he exhibited the highest standards of personal character, integrity, devotion to family, and community and to the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to be treated fairly and access to a good education. He repeatedly took chances in his own life to help those who were struggling in some way. He was a very humble man who never talked about his good deeds but those people he helped continued to thank him for his acts of kindness that, in many cases, “changed the course of their lives”. My Dad taught me how important it was to always be learning, evolving, and accepting of change because change was the only constant factor in life. 

Favorite Place to Escape and Refuel?

Wellfleet on lower Cape Cod is my favorite place to escape and refuel because it offers a serene and calming environment that allows me to disconnect from the demands of daily life. The sound of the waves, the feel of the sand beneath my feet, and the vastness of the ocean provide a sense of peace and grounding. The natural beauty of the coastline inspires reflection and rejuvenation, helping me to clear my mind and restore my energy, which is essential for my overall well-being and mental clarity.

How Do You Express Yourself Creatively?

I write to express my creativity because it allows me to connect with others, share my experiences, and inspire or evoke emotions in readers. It is a powerful tool for self-expression and personal growth, allowing me to continuously discover and develop my creative voice.

I also love designing physical spaces to feel warm, inviting, and nurturing to people who will come spend time there.

Last Memorable Book You Read and Why?

I grew up being an avid reader and always had my nose in a book as a child. I have way too many favorites to list. I love anything by Gabriel Garcia Marquez – One Hundred Years of Solitude, Love in the Time of Cholera, etc. 

My current schedule does not leave a lot of time for reading, but when it does, I’m usually learning about Trauma Healing and Somatics Therapies like EMDR.  So, recently, the last memorable book would be The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel Van der Kolk. Understanding how our body holds a record of everything that happens to us, is a gamechanger for healing!

Favorite Movie and Why?

Again, I love movies and the list is too long to list but the ones that come to mind in this moment include: Cinema Paradiso, UnBearable Likeness of Being, Like Water for Chocolate, Life of Pi, What Dreams May Come and Dead Poets Society

  1. Leaving Corporate Life  to pursue my soul’s passion and become a builder of heart-centered communities and safe, supportive spaces for other’s growth and healing          – SheBreathes Balance Women’s Collaborative, – WeBreathe Wellness Center, – WeBreathe WellBeing Soul Sanctuary 501c3 Non Profit.
  2. Publishing my first book, Embody Your Essence, revealing very vulnerable personal stories because I so deeply believe that sharing our truths serves as a catalyst for compassion, deeper connection and community. 
  3. Being gifted the opportunity to adopt and raise my beautiful daughter Nataliya, the light of my life.

Best Lesson Learned in Life So Far?

We are here in “life school” to learn to understand ourselves, not to be understood by others.

Advice to Younger Self?

Give yourself the space and grace to stumble – it’s all part of the journey.

What Do You Love Best About Yourself (physical trait or personality characteristic) and Why?

My resilience is my favorite trait because it embodies my ability to navigate life’s challenges and setbacks with strength and determination. It is the foundation of my personal growth and allows me to bounce back from adversity, learning and evolving with each experience.
