How Does Your Work Enable You to Connect to and Fulfill Your Life Purpose/Passion?
My work allows me to provide guidance and education during one of the biggest milestones in a person’s life, buying a home. My purpose in life is to help others in a way that sparks joy for both myself and for them and I believe that my role allows me to do that. Creating a memorable and educational experience for others when it comes to home buying is something that I pride myself in. I truly believe in helping each person achieve their homeownership dream and I am honored to be a part of their journey. In return they will forever a be a part of my “family” as I treat each person the same way as I would treat my own blood.
Who Is Your Ideal Client and Why?
My ideal client is anyone who wants an authentic human experience in their home buying or refinance journey. Of course someone can go online, click a button and get a mortgage. My ideal client is the person who wants to understand the “why” behind what they are doing and who would like to be educated and excited along the way. The majority of my clientele are single women. The mortgage industry is notoriously and historically male-dominated, and many women simply feel uncomfortable exploring the real estate world as a result. I want each woman I speak with to feel empowered to take their wealth into their own hands and make their homeownership dreams come true.
What Unique Offerings Do You Provide?
radius financial group provides conventional loan programs, government loan programs (FHA, VA, USDA), jumbo loan programs and more. We look to find solutions for those round pegs that can’t quite fit into a square hole.
Who Was Your Role Model Growing Up? How Did That Person’s Actions Impact You?
My Mom was and is my role model. She is a nurse by trade, now a Vice President of our hospital. She worked full-time, while having 4 kids and eventually obtained her double masters degree while I was in high school. To me, she is everything.
Favorite Place to Escape and Refuel?
I like to go to the beach at sunset when it is quiet and still. It is where I go to put my feet in the sand and reground.
Top 3 Ways to Treat Yourself to Self-Care?
1. Riding my Peloton.
2. Dancing at Zumba.
3. many, many massage appointments.
How Do You Express Yourself Creatively?
I enjoy singing, dancing and any type of craft project. I like to refurbish wood furniture and I enjoy hand-lettering as well.
Last Memorable Book You Read and Why?
Where The Crawdads Sing – I thought it was so beautiful that I’ve read it multiple times.
Favorite Movie and Why?
Nightmare Before Christmas – It’s a perfect musical that doubles as a Halloween movie and a Christmas movie!

Accomplishment Are You Most Proud of?
My daughter! Becoming a mother has been the wildest adventure. I knew being a mother was not for the weak, but I never fully understood all of the emotional and physical layers that came with it. I am proud of her every day!
Best Lesson Learned in Life So Far?
Life is hard, but you get to choose your “hard”.
Advice to Younger Self?
Transferring your credit card balance to a new credit card with 0% intro financing may feel like you’re cheating “the man” but it will catch up to you and you will pay for it. Haha. Don’t spend money you don’t actually have!
What Do You Love Best About Yourself (physical trait or personality characteristic) and Why?
I love my ability to read people and situations. It has allowed me to create stronger connections with others around me, form super strong friendships, and to also create a welcoming environment for those who may feel uncomfortable in a situation.
Any Advice for Women Considering Joining the SheBreathes Collaborative?
As an adult it can be so difficult to find others who are like-minded and as enthusiastic about their craft as you are about yours, but SheBreathes has put those women together in one space for us! Absolutely join.
Any Message You Have for Our Community?
Discussing personal finances and goals can be intimidating, and I’ve been there myself as well. It is an entirely different type of vulnerability. I value the trust that the people I work with put in me and will do all I can so that they feel comfortable. There is no stronger tribe than a group of women who wish to see each other succeed and celebrating the success of others lifts my heart in a way that I cannot describe. I’m happy to be a part of this tribe.
