The way that I speak about food, and the food that I create, is high-vibrational and truly transforming in body, mind, and soul. I love to support wellness coaches, yoga teachers, and spiritual leaders who are looking for another option when considering hosting a retreat. With a great rental property and the right private chef, they have the power to create an unforgettable retreat experience that’s a strong reflection of their work and their brand.

Happier Hour Events! Host a group of up to 12 in your home or business for a fun, informative, and delicious plant-based vegan food and clean-crafted wine pairing event. All food is vegan and gluten-free, and the wine is 100% organic and vegan, from Scout & Cellar. Conversation around sustainable eating, clean living, and more are sure to inspire your guests at this unique event.

Who Was Your Role Model Growing Up? How Did That Person’s Actions Impact You?

Emeril Lagasse and Julia Child. I admired the brands that they had both built as chefs, coming from the same area that I was raised. Loved how entertaining they were, mostly by letting their personalities shine.
