How Does Your Work Enable You to Connect to and Fulfill Your Life Purpose/Passion?

Helping women take care of themselves physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually as they experience midlife allows me to continue my vocation as teacher and caregiver. Perhaps even more important though is that by coaching women to make meaningful, sustainable changes, I’m able to impact not just them but the little people they are raising. I truly see my work as helping to change the negative societal midlife narrative so that the next generation does not even know it!

Who Is Your Ideal Client and Why?

Women in their 40s and 50s who are experiencing hormonal symptoms and are ready to make changes to alleviate those symptoms. I’ve focused on this population because I think there is a lack of education for women around their bodies in midlife, and because women in this group frequently forget to prioritize their health and self-care.

What Unique Offerings Do You Provide?

Each client’s plan is unique to her hormonal landscape. The personalization of food, movement, essential oils, supplements, and toxic burden relief makes sure each woman experiences sustainable, meaningful changes.

Who Was Your Role Model Growing Up? How Did That Person’s Actions Impact You?

My mom has always been my role model. She is a nurse, and her caregiver example impacts how I approach my family, friends, strangers, and clients. A true servant-leader, my mom is a great example of being present with and engaged with others, but making sure to keep her cup full.

Favorite Place to Escape and Refuel?

The tennis court.

Top 3 Ways to Treat Yourself to Self-Care?

1. Play tennis (or paddle- I’m just learning!)
2. Epsom salt bath with a book.
3. Time with friends (you know, the ones who fill your bucket).

How Do You Express Yourself Creatively?

Creating IG reels (this is newer, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how fun it is!) Writing blog posts and articles Making essential oil blends.

Last Memorable Book You Read and Why?

Searching for and Maintaining Peace. In my spiritual journey, I’m in a place where I’m trying to be more present and peaceful. This book gave some great action items.

Favorite Movie and Why?

I have been sitting with this question for weeks! It’s the only one that didn’t come quickly for me. I guess that means I don’t have a favorite movie!

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Accomplishment Are You Most Proud of?

Being a mom (overused, I know, but it’s true!). Also, reinventing myself professionally.

Live presently in each moment.

Breathe deeply. You have pain now, but you will get through it, and it’s beautiful.

What Do You Love Best About Yourself (physical trait or personality characteristic) and Why?

My joyfulness. It’s catching, and it helps me create community wherever I go.
