This guided meditation with Selenite can affect all levels of your being: spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. We open up each of your chakras and breathe in the expansion of the higher frequencies from the light of consciousness, anchoring them more deeply and fully into all aspects of your life.

You simply lie down with Selenite on your torso, in your hands and in your eye pillow while Jenn plays her crystal pyramid and alchemy bowls and guides you through a deep and powerful meditation to clear and balance your mind, body and heart.

This SATURDAY! Grieving the loss of a loved one is a challenging journey.
Join Spiritual Medium and Grief Supporter, Dr. Cathy Ripley Greene, and Trauma-Informed Somatic Embodiment Coach and Healing Facilitator, Jennifer Gulbrand, in the serene WeBreathe Wellness Center for a transformative day of healing.

Together, we will form a circle of sacred intention, a loving community and a safe space for you to learn and experience different strategies for working through grief. Our day will include meditation, movement, reflection, and sound healing. Jennifer will help you move the energy of grief that resides in your body. Cathy will bring messages of comfort to you from Spirit. This daylong retreat has been mindfully designed to create community, promote healing, and bring a sense of peace and hope to your grieving hearts.
