Join our High Vibe Tribe for an energetic night out celebrating community and connection. The dinners are held monthly at our very own WeBreathe Wellness Center which is magical at night! Chef Laura MacDougall will be cooking up a beautiful meal that we will pair with a mocktail handcrafted by Jessica Ohanian of The Wellness Herbalist.
At the request of our CoHost this months dinner will be a non alcohol event.

These dinners are open to both members and guests. So for those of you who have not yet made it to Walpole to explore our sanctuary, we encourage you to join us!

During this part of the Women's Health Empowerment Series, we will cover breast health and wellness. Learn what you eat and put on your body really does matter. How to minimize toxic breast exposure. We will cover how to properly do a self breast exam and how often. We will discuss breast density and what you need to know if you have Dense Breasts. We will cover pros/cons of Breast Screening options, history of Breast Implants and what Breast Implant Illness is and how it may effect you.

Come join us at the beautiful WeBreathe Wellness Center for a Girls Night In: Self-Care SPA Sampler to refresh, renew and reconnect!

This is the perfect way to experience the many SPA services that our center has to offer while chilling out and de-stressing with your besties. Adult refreshments will be served with some delightful light bites to help set the mood.
Wear your favorite slippers and PJs and be ready to receive so much goodness!

And if that’s not enough fun, you can choose to stay for 1 hour group Mediumship with Dr. Cathy Ripley Greene who connects with loved ones in Spirit from 8-9pm. You will leave the studio feeling restored and rejuvenated.

Each attendee can select their services in advance of the date by calling Jenn Fonseca 401-837-3901 and then the rest of the services will be filled up on a first come, first serve basis that day so everyone can get a chance to sample.

Join Jenn for this month's Selenite and SoundBath and journey to the stillness as you release layers of resistance, clear negative energy and open your chakras.
This guided meditation with Selenite can affect all levels of your being: spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. We open up each of your chakras and breathe in the expansion of the higher frequencies from the light of consciousness, anchoring them more deeply and fully into all aspects of your life.
You simply lie down with Selenite on your torso, in your hands and in your eye pillow while Jenn plays her crystal pyramid and alchemy bowls and guides you through a deep and powerful meditation to clear and balance your mind, body and heart.
The sound intensifies the benefits of the Selenite stones. You will leave the event feeling uplifted, refreshed and blissful.

No relationship, family, or household is the same, each is truly special and unique, and should be treated as such. Though similar topics of conflict often arise within families, it is how each family member reacts that has the potential to weaken the family as a team.
In this class, we will explore new ways and perspectives of looking at each member of your household. Learn how to express your needs and desires to your family/ household members. See what comes from listening to them as they do the same.
Come learn why and how lack of honest and healthy communication has resulted in a new generation of children asking “ What is Love, is Giving Up a Part of it”? We will also explore the modern problem of divorce, and how the mutual decision to move forward with such an extreme act, really effects every single individual member of the now broken family.
Roommate conflicts are a reality. We don’t always know exactly how the person we share a space with is used to doing things. What seems odd to one person, can seem very normal to another. Sometimes our roommate does or says things that annoy/ frustrate us.
Wether it’s talking honestly about finances, dissolving a roommate conflict, seeing eye to eye with your kids, or just getting on the same page as your significant other about how to proceed with key life decisions. Family/ household communication is most important because home is your sanctuary, and theirs too. It should be a place of health, love, inspiration, communication, and teamwork. I can help you make yours one in this class.
