This class is designed for anyone who feeling the stresses of life. Whether from daily life, work, kids, pandemic, etc. We will use Yoga Tune Up Balls (two) Tennis balls and a long sock), block, mat.⠀

Plan to leave feeling calm, relaxed and rejuvenated. The ball rolling techniques used will allow for a deeper awareness of your parasympathetic nervous system. The Parasympathetic nervous system is the space for a calmer way, clearer mind and a relaxed mind and body. We will delve into the TMJ, Neck, Occipital Ridge and a few mystery techniques for face that is not ball related.⠀
