Modern Solutions Mediation

How Does Your Work Enable You to Connect to and Fulfill Your Life Purpose/Passion?

I help people find as well as see the perspectives and options that they otherwise could not. I’ve usually been a neutral party in a friend or employees conflict. I’ve usually been able to help resolve the issue leaving friendships, families, and business relationships intact. Sometimes we just need a neutral third party to help us along the way when emotions involving conflict get to be too much. Sometimes we just need a place to let it out with no judgment, and this is what I can provide. I never wanted to be anything spectacular in this life, in short just a helpful success. Someone who takes the hard lessons of their past and puts them to use for good. This career choice of mediation helps me accomplish that.

Who Is Your Ideal Client and Why?

My ideal client would be anyone involved in a business or employee dispute, a family in crisis especially regarding children in residential care facilities, and anyone seeking help with a personal conflict between friends, roommates, or family.

What Unique Offerings Do You Provide?

I can provide helpful and legally binding agreements once an agreement is made by all participating parties. I can offer a safe space (bound by legal confidentiality agreement) to talk honestly and freely about your private conflicts. I can provide a judgement free space.

Who Was Your Role Model Growing Up? How Did That Person’s Actions Impact You?

Tabatha Coffey was my role model growing up (amongst very few others). She taught me a lot about running a successful business and the commitment it takes to become successful in any industry. She taught me the importance of bringing clear, direct, and commanding respect without being disrespectful or mean. She has also inspired me to become an educator in my fields of success when I am older and gain lots of experience, so that I could possibly one day inspire another young future success.

“The Occult Book: Chronological Journey from Alchemy to Wicca” * by John Michael Greer, half way done currently* It’s a very informative, factual, and to the point. It’s like a history trip through time and the story of how the occult teachings survived and evolved throughout the ages to fit modern times.

Favorite Movie and Why?

The Devil Wears Prada, because I always get a little something different out of it no matter what stage of my life I am in when I watch it. Also, it was the last movie me and my grand mother watched years ago together, so it holds a special place in my heart.

Best Lesson Learned in Life So Far?

Tough things happen in life, great things happen in life, it doesn’t always matter how you feel at the time, you will always be faced with many choices on how to react to many occurrences. It is the actions you choose to take, it is how you choose to react that defines who you are. So move forward with grace, dignity, strength, and brains, and do the next right thing. What you choose now can effect you and many others in ways unknown, so always choose wisely.

Advice to Younger Self?

You should command more respect, you were worth more than how you were treated.
