How Does Your Work Enable You to Connect to and Fulfill Your Life Purpose/Passion?
I love to help and guide people to achieve new levels of spirituality and awareness about themselves and the world we live in, while also assisting to bring about healing on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I also love to write poetry and fantasy fiction. Art and writing in all forms are my passion, including and especially the healing arts. I enjoy learning and researching new things all the time.
Who Is Your Ideal Client and Why?
My ideal client is someone who is open to new experiences and ready to change and grow.
What Unique Offerings Do You Provide?
Together with my mother I offer dual therapist integrated massage and energy bodywork sessions. I also am a WeBreathe spa practitioner offering intuitive bodywork sessions. And I am beginning to give a series of Sacred Geometry workshops at WeBreathe Studio.
Who Was Your Role Model Growing Up? How Did That Person’s Actions Impact You?
I had many role models including but not limited to my grandmother, my mother, and Wonder Women. They all inspired me because they were strong, intelligent, and compassionate individuals.
Favorite Place to Escape and Refuel?
My Massage studio, my daily walk or a walk in nature, going to Maine, and/or the beach.
Top 3 Ways to Treat Yourself to Self-Care?
1. Take a walk
2. give gratitude
3. listen to my body and give it what it needs (massage, nutrition, herbs, etc.)
How Do You Express Yourself Creatively?
Write poetry, write young adult fantasy fiction, draw, paint, do stained glass, make jewelry.
Last Memorable Book You Read and Why?
Several: fiction: Da Vinci Code, it was very thought provoking; young adult fiction: i am currently writing my second novel and I also have to read through it; non-fiction: Sacred Geometry: Philosophy & Practice.
Favorite Movie and Why?
I have many favorite movies, but Harry Potter tops my favorite list because it is magical.
“Go to” Quote or Mantra that Grounds You?
I love, approve, forgive, accept, trust, respect, believe in, and am grateful to and for myself. Thank you for another glorious day. Everything happens in its own divine timing. I am grateful to be alive for another beautiful day.
Accomplishment Are You Most Proud of?
Being true to myself and who I am and will become: daughter, wife, mother, healing facilitator, spiritual path guide, artist, poet, writer and published author.
Best Lesson Learned in Life So Far?
I am only me. I cannot be anyone else. I have the right to be happy. I am enough. I am only human.
Advice to Younger Self?
Don’t give up. You are stronger than you think. You’ll get there. Believe in yourself.
What Do You Love Best About Yourself (physical trait or personality characteristic) and Why?
I am love. I do not judge. These traits remind me we are all one, on our own journey, and need understanding and support sometimes when we may feel the most unlovable.
Any Advice for Women Considering Joining the SheBreathes Collaborative?
I highly recommend joining! It’s an awesome experience. You will meet fabulous people that you didn’t even know you needed. You have found your tribe!
