How Does Your Work Enable You to Connect to and Fulfill Your Life Purpose/Passion?

Connecting with people and helping them move forward with their careers is how I fulfill my passion. I am at my best when I mentor, teach and empower others to find their best version of themselves.

Who Is Your Ideal Client and Why?

Anybody looking for a job. In particular, recent college graduates who need mentoring as they start their professional life. Also, women returning to work after a sabbatical and need assistance identifying best-fit opportunities and career changers who seek support in exploring career alternatives that match their transferable skills and experience.

What Unique Offerings Do You Provide?

I meet people where they are in their process and support them as they move forward. My practice is client-focused and we work together as partners. My services include career exploration, assessments, resume writing, LinkedIn profile, interview practice, networking and salary negotiation. I provide  step by step guidance and support.

Who Was Your Role Model Growing Up? How Did That Person’s Actions Impact You?

Both my parents were my role models. They were hard working, dedicated, enthusiastic and studious. They both helped people improved their lives, my dad was a cardiovascular surgeon and my mother was an English Teacher at a girls’ high school.

I’ve also been influenced by other women from my family (grandmothers, aunts, my mother and sisters-in-law) and friends who demonstrated a strong sense of self, family and community. I was also lucky to find mentors in my career who taught so much and empowered me to lead.

Life is Beautiful is one of my favorite movies. It teaches us that life is beautiful as we want it to be and as we make it to be. Love is all we have.
