How Does Your Work Enable You to Connect to and Fulfill Your Life Purpose/Passion?

I LOVE being able to help people and truly connect with them. My work allows me to meet clients one on one, where they are right now on their journey, and help them through physical touch and energetic presence to get to where they want to be.

Who Is Your Ideal Client and Why?

Anyone who wants to take better care of themselves. I strongly encourage people to be their own health advocate and incorporate holistic care into their lives. If you aren’t familiar with or comfortable with massage then I am the therapist for you.

Who Was Your Role Model Growing Up? How Did That Person’s Actions Impact You?

I don’t recall having a role model growing up. I always knew I wasn’t like anyone else that I knew and I found more of what I didn’t want to be than anyone modeling behavior I admired.

Who Is Your Ideal Client and Why?

My services include career exploration, assessments, resume writing, LinkedIn profile, interview practice, networking and salary negotiation. I provide  step by step guidance and support.

Who Was Your Role Model Growing Up? How Did That Person’s Actions Impact You?

Both my parents were my role models. They were hard working, dedicated, enthusiastic and studious. They both helped people improved their lives, my dad was a cardiovascular surgeon and my mother was an English Teacher at a girls’ high school.

I’ve also been influenced by other women from my family (grandmothers, aunts, my mother and sisters-in-law) and friends who demonstrated a strong sense of self, family and community. I was also lucky to find mentors in my career who taught so much and empowered me to lead.
